Fairmont Hotels Guest Services UI Design

NXTV a hotel based in-room entertainment delivery service requested my help to design the next generation of their platform and offering. I brainstormed with my partners to take this product to the next level and make it a truly useful tool for hotel guests and not just a means of watching movies. We developed the idea that this was really a digital concierge and that this system could help with all facets of your stay. Whether you are in town on business or a vacation the services offered up would be tailored to your needs. After going through a complete flowcharting and wire-framing process we developed several design directions of which we chose one to build a fully functional prototype for sales and engineers to use as reference.
