





This being some of my most recent work, I was asked by my client Cask to design a branded portal for Becton Dickinson who launched their internal service store on the ServiceNow Platform. There were many technical constraints with this platform and after learning how to design around those and getting engineers to push the envelope a bit I was able to come up with a compelling solution. With only one or two clicks the employee or vendor using the service is able to quickly see and interact with acquisitions that are pending or create new ones. I was able to sort of cross pollinate knowledge articles by associating them directly with actions on the main level which in the past was a completely separate undertaking. After seeing how I solved the design challenge for BD my client asked me to design several more ServiceNow portals for Grainger, Gallo Wines & Splunk.
